Hampton Mazda

Hampton Mazda warrants to the original retail Purchaser any new or Remanufactured Replacement Part installed by Hampton Mazda in a car or light truck. If such part fails in normal use and service, Hampton Mazda will repair or replace it with Authorized Replacement Parts. In such cases, repair or replacement by Hampton Mazda shall be done free of charge to the Purchaser including labor. The Lifetime Service Guarantee does not apply to parts repaired or replaced under any applicable new or used vehicle warranty or to the initial installation of an accessory.

When a Replacement Part is no longer serviced (or stocked) and has failed, Hampton Mazda reserves the right to refund the money originally paid by the Purchaser for the particular parts and related labor. The Purchaser's only requirements are that:

• He/she must return the vehicle to Hampton Mazda during normal business hours for warranty services.

• The Purchaser must give Hampton Mazda his own copy of the original repair order. It indicates that Hampton Mazda had performed an eligible repair at an earlier date.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• To the extent allowed by the law, the purchaser's loss of time, inconvenience, loss of the use of the vehicle, towing expense, commercial loss or consequential damage. 
• Part replacement that results from normal scheduled maintenance such as points, plugs, condensers, filters, lubricant, or pcv valves. 
• The normal wear out of brake linings, clutch facing and windshield wiper blades. 
• Batteries, belts, hoses, fluids, chemicals, paints, sheet metal, bright metal and trim. 
• Incomplete repairs performed at the customer's request and labor-only repairs.

There is no other expressed warranty on the manufacturer-supplied replacement parts and accessories used in this Hampton Mazda's repairs. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.
