 The MAZDA3 has a 263 horsepower DISI Turbo Engine. It's 6-Speed Manual Transmission guarantees you will have the right gear for the right situation. With dual exhaust outlets, you get to hear the power while you leave on-lookers in the dust. The Front Bumper, Hood, Front Fenders and Roof-Mounted Rear Wing makes the MazdaSpeed3 more aerodynamic so you stay in better control as you fly down the road. With a Limited-Slip Differential, wheelspin is minimized when taking sharp turns. The MazdaSpeed3 has an interior that screams sports car with a Turbo Boost Gauge telling you to hang on.

The MAZDA3 4-Door comes with either a 2.0 Liter DOHC 4-Cylinder 148 horsepower engine or an optional 2.5 Liter DOHC 4-Cylinder producing 167 horsepower. In the 2.0 Liter a 5-Speed Manual Transmission or 5-Speed Sport Automatic Transmission with Manual-Shift Mode are featured. The 5-Speed Sport Automatic with Manual-Shift Mode is offered in the 2.5 Liter but its newest addition is the 6-Speed Manual. In the MAZDA3 the Electrohydraulic Variable-Assist Power Rack-and-Pinion Steering gives you confidence at high speeds and delivers great maneuverability.

The MAZDA3 5-Door holds a 2.5 Liter DOHC 4-Cylinder pushing 167 horsepower. It has a newly available 6-Speed Manual Transmission but is also available in a 5-Speed Sport Automatic Transmission with Manual-Shift Mode.

All MAZDA3 Models have Multiple Airbag Systems, 3-Point Seat belts, Front Seat-Belt Pretensioners, Anti-Whiplash Front Head Restraints, and an Anti-Locking Brake System with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution. The Brakeforce Distribution monitors road conditions, brake pedal pressure and vehicle weight to determine the amount of force it needs to apply to the brakes. The MAZDA3 has many options including a 10-Speaker Bose AM/FM/6 CD/MP3/Satellite Surround Sound System, Compact Navigation System, Advanced Keyless Entry & Start System and an Anti-theft Alarm System.
